Our success is your profit

Crowdinvesting is a form of financing in which private individuals invest in mostly young companies (start-ups). In our case, this is done via so-called profit participation rights. From a legal point of view, profit participation rights are a capital transfer relationship under the law of obligations, in which the holder of the profit participation rights provides capital to a company in return for the granting of profit-sharing rights. In the context of our crowdinvesting campaign this means that you’ll transfer money to us for a fixed period of time and, in return, receive claims to a share of our profits or interest.

The opportunity for you as an investor is to earn a high return by participating in our potential profit. However, there are also risks in crowd investing: As with any equity investment, investors can lose their money completely if the company is not successful and goes bankrupt, for example.

Since 2023, we have also been the only company in Germany to have an elected crowd representative on our advisory board, Anne Geiger, who represents your interests. With this insight into and involvement of the crowd in our strategic decisions, we have deliberately further expanded your participation. While the conventional financial sector seems like a black box to many, we want to do things differently and offer you the greatest possible transparency.

If you want to invest without having an account with us, this is of course also possible: you can do this directly via the WIWIN platform.

During the investment process, you will need official verification via IDNow. During IDNow verification, we will check whether your current ID card or passport is accepted for identification purposes and whether you are a resident of one of the following countries: Germany, Austria, Spain or Italy.

You must also accept the conditions that you are informed about in the registration dialog with our partner WIWIN.

From then on, nothing stands in the way of your investment.

At the very least, you’re assured of the fixed interest rate of 5% at the end of the term - you can think of this as your safety net.

But: As soon as we generate distributable profit that exceeds the minimum interest rate, you’ll receive a share of this profit at the end of the financial year. The minimum interest rate would then no longer apply. Incidentally, the same applies in the case of an IPO or the sale of Tomorrow. This remuneration is not capped.

Our advisory board meets at least 6 times a year. During these meetings major company decisions are discussed, shaped and approved. From fundraising to budget to product strategy. Every kind of decision is challenged by the advisory board. An essential task of the advisory board is the governance of the management. Our crowd representative Anne Geiger is one of a total of 6 people entitled to vote.

WIWIN is an online platform for sustainable investing. There, capital investments in the areas of renewable energies, sustainable startups and energy-efficient real estate are brokered. WIWIN is also a member of the Bundesverband Crowdfunding, the network of commercial crowdfunding platforms in Germany, whose main goal is high standards of investor and consumer protection.
