Together with you we want to develop the "bank of tomorrow". And we start today. In our office in St. Pauli we are working on the creation of a sustainable, mobile current account and plan to launch in autumn 2018. Until then, a lot of work is still to be done. We ask for your help, come and use your potential to create an exciting and meaningful project.
You’ll be responsible for designing, developing and unit testing our application’s functionality. This is a hands-on role with primary focus on complex web applications. We are looking for a Java/J2ee developer with strong passion for developing quality code and a deep understanding of core concepts of java/J2ee technologies.
We want to bring the topic of sustainable finance out of its niche and into the mainstream. For this to work, we have to make people understand why it affects them. Your money writes a story, it leaves a footprint. This story has to be told - sometimes politically, sometimes humorously, sometimes in pictures, sometimes in some pretty direct words. That’s where you come in.
you'll be responsible for the content area at Tomorrow. You tell the stories behind the money, you bring clarity to the complex, you explain it all in a (financial) nutshell. On the blog, in the newsletter, in white papers, and in new formats that still need to be developed.
We have big plans for Tomorrow. In the long term, we want to become Europe's leading sustainability bank. That's a hell of a lot of work - so let's get started. Our product is designed from scratch for smartphones and we're a completely digital organisation. This also applies to our target markets, who may not hang around the screen all day, but are very comfortable in the digital arena. Accordingly, our marketing campaigns must be right up to date: digital, effective, measurable, optimisable. Nothing out-of-the-box.
AAs Head of Customer Service, you will take over the strategic and operative control of our Customer Service department with passion, empathy and humour, and lead the team in terms of content and discipline. You will be actively involved in the day-to-day operations of the business and will be competent in assisting our community with your team in all matters relating to the product.
As a student trainee / intern in Customer Service, you will support the team with passion, empathy and humour, and are there to help and advise our customers. For projects, you'll be supporting the team with research, the preparation of data and the production of reports and presentations. In addition, you'll be in contact with our development department to solve technical problems.
As Office Manager, you'll be our absolute rock. You'll keep an eye on everything, welcome guests, applicants and suppliers and ensure thanks to your bright and cheerful demeanour that everyone feels welcome.
