Through a close working relationship between our user research, design, product management and engineering teams, we want to empower people to do good and also feel good about their finances. As our Senior Product Designer (f/m/x), you will be a part of this cross-functional team in the Saving & Investing unit.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Following a user-centric approach with a focus on empathy, creativity and problem solving.
  • Further developing Tomorrow’s design and aligning user goals with business goals.
  • Translating research insights and stakeholder feedback into workable design concepts.
  • Coordinating design decisions with stakeholders and involving developers at an early stage.
  • Creating mock-ups and code-based prototypes to visualize and test design concepts.
  • Carrying out usability tests and iterating based on feedback.
  • Defining data-based success criteria, identifying usage patterns and taking the appropriate measures.

What we’re looking for

  • In-depth practical experience in user-centric design with a focus on ideation and innovation.
  • Very good experience in interaction and visual design for mobile apps, including information architecture, accessibility and aesthetics.
  • Proficiency with analysis tools and evaluating usage data.
  • Good collaboration and communication within the team are extremely important to you.
  • A sound knowledge of prototyping and usability testing.
  • You have a good intuition for what users want and do everything you can to meet their needs.
  • You are fluent in English, written as well as spoken.
  • You support the idea to create a better future for everyone by using money as a force for good.

Our fantastic office in Hamburg is the perfect space for this and available to you any time. We expect our future Senior Product Designer (f/m/x) to spend an average of five days a month working on-site in our office. We will be happy to discuss all other details with you when we meet you (virtually) in person.
