We work in an agile environment that is based on self-organisation and autonomy. Such a way of working bears its own challenges. We find it important that you learn how to take good care of yourself even when a deadline is approaching. We regularly organize meditation and journaling sessions to reflect about our needs. To keep our bodies fit and healthy, our employees get a bike and we sponsor their sports activities. And because we feel that it’s so important, we have created a Feelgood role inside our organisation.
When we first tried to define our values, fun got by far the most votes. By now we know that fun is not really a value. Phone interview In a quick call you learn more about Tomorrow and the requirements of the job. We get to know more about you and you tell us about your motivation and your skills.
Specialist interview Meet your future colleagues and ask them anything you want to know about the role. You learn how the team is organized and which challenges and projects are expecting you. And you get another chance to convince us even more of your motivation and skills.
Peer interview In an informal talk you get to know even more colleagues. Ask us any question that might be spooking around in your head and dive deeper into our working culture. You’ve got a family and you’ll work remotely most of the time? We try to match you with someone at Tomorrow who is in a similar situation.
