Of course you need our Tomorrow app - and a stable internet connection. For the verification you will need:

1) your current passport or ID card - here  you can check which documents are accepted for verification. Since we cooperate with our external partner IDnow in the identification process, we are bound to the range of passports and ID cards accepted by IDNow. The list is very extensive already, and we are always working on increasing the scope even further. 

2) An official residence in Germany. The residence permit must show the current address in Germany. The address on the ID card does not necessarily have to be in Germany.

3) No US-tax- relevance (FATCA)

Then you're ready to go, and in just a few minutes you'll be part of the green banking revolution!

You can withdraw cash at all cash machines (ATM) that display the Visa symbol. You can find a Visa ATM via this locator. Additionally, you can withdraw cash at different stores. You can find further information about that here. The conditions under which you can withdraw money depend on the account model you choose. Please see our price list to find out which conditions apply in your case. 

Unfortunately, there are a very small number of cash machines which either do not accept Visa or charge a withdrawal free. This is decided by the operator of the cash machine and is not within our scope of influence. However, should you attempt to withdraw cash from one of these machines, you will be informed on-screen of any costs that may incur.

Your Tomorrow Card is a Debit Card. This means that as soon as you pay with the card, be it in the flower shop, online shop or at the nearest supermarket, you directly use the available funds in your current account for it. In contrast to credit cards, the funds are debited as soon as possible, i.e. immediately or after a few days. Payments with our card are free of charge worldwide. For payments in currencies other than Euro, the most recent Visa conversion rate will be applied. 

Unfortunately, there is still a small number of card terminals which do not accept VISA (e.g. classic Giro Card Terminals).
