Senior Performance Marketing Manager (m/w/th)

We have been offering a mobile current account for smartphones since November 2018, and in the future we're going to create a comprehensive financial platform. We have big plans for Tomorrow. In the long term, we want to become Europe's leading sustainability bank. That's a hell of a lot of work - so let's get started. Our product is designed from scratch for smartphones and we're a completely digital organisation. This also applies to our target markets, who may not hang around the screen all day, but are very comfortable in the digital arena. Accordingly, our marketing campaigns must be right up to date: digital, effective, measurable, optimisable. Nothing out-of-the-box.
And that's where you come into play: As a Senior Performance Marketing Manager (m / w/ th) you'll be responsible for the entire area of performance marketing - from the strategic conception of all channels including budget planning and operative tool management to tracking. You work directly with our co-founder Jakob and make sure that our high profile and goodwill are reflected in measurable results. There is a lot of work to be done first of all, but in the near future a team of several people will be created to lead you.
Several years of experience in data-based, digital marketing (at an agency or company)
Hands-on experience in the operational management of performance marketing tools such as SEO, SEA, Affiliate, Paid Social Media
Knowledge of the relevant tools (which ones?) and the latest insights on digital channels
Integration of performance measures with qualitative marketing tools such as PR, social media and content
Experience of designing dashboards, models and KPIs to visualize and optimise the marketing funnel
Strong analytical skills and a love of data handling Very good German and English skills
