Internship - Community Management
We are a social business startup, combining mobile banking and sustainable finance. Since late 2018 we are offering the first mobile and sustainable current account that is fun to use. Our long-term mission is to change the financial industry towards more social and ecological sustainability. We are a value-driven, good humored team based in Hamburg, Berlin and Spain. Even though we’ve put loads of energy into the development, it’s still going to be a "leap in the dark“. There will be quite some feedback and questions from the first users: technical issues, creative ideas, compliments, criticism. Thus, we’ll need some real good community management. And now you’re talking.
Your job will be to take of all those enthusiastic Tomorrow community members: payment nerds, do-gooders, fintech pro’s and normal people, too (whatever that means). You’ll guide them through the first weeks of user experience, with tips & tricks & transparency.
You’ll work directly with our development team to implement and optimize our CRM tools (short cut for "customer relationship management“) and give valuable input from the consumer-perspective. You are the voice of and for the community.
Interest in mobile technology and/or financial services (you don’t need to be a payment nerd, but some passion for mobile stuff helps)
Open-minded & communicative
Confident with office software.
Fluent in German and English.
